  • Free shipping for all orders above R500.00
  • Standard delivery fee: R90.00

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, all requests will be processed within 3-5 days and delivery confirmed by order number. Delivery will take place via courier services or by Blue Swallow Innovation. Outlying areas might take longer, depending on the areas

We can also send items with our express courier for an extra cost, please email us info@nettari.co.za to request a quote. 

Orders are only dispatched between Monday-Friday between 07:00-16:00.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Blue Swallow Innovation PTY LTD is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Blue Swallow Innovation PTY LTD will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Return of unwanted orders/items incur a 15% handling fee to cover processing. If an unwanted product is returned for exchange for a different product the customer will be charged or refunded any price difference.

Please note: No exchanges or returns on sale/discounted items

In the unlikely case you receive a product that you’re not happy with we will however need you to return the item to us via courier before we can arrange for a credit. (We can arrange for a courier collection for you and quote you on this at the time that you contact info@nettari.co.za). Once we receive the item, we’ll email you your credit note. This credit note will not include your original shipping cost. 

If you would like to return your order, the product must be in original condition: sealed, undamaged and unopened. Please email info@nettari.co.za within 30 days of receiving the item so that we can arrange for a credit/exchange/refund. The items will have to be returned to us via courier at your own expense. We can arrange for a courier collection for you and quote you on this at the time that you contact info@nettari.co.za).

If your order/product is delivered damaged, we will require images of the product and outer packaging (box) to be emailed info@nettari.co.za or send via WhatsApp to 060 501 2333.
